
Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Dodds, 18, an unemployed Carson City man, at around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
Officers spotted Dodds walking near the corner of Rice and Carson streets, allegedly picking items up off the ground. Upon conducting a weapons search an officer found what appeared to be a small jar of methamphetamines, and when questioned, Dodds admitted to also being in possession of a glass pipe.
Dodds was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamines and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $3,500.
