Carson City Sheriff's deputies have made the following arrests based on felony or gross misdemeanor allegations:
- David Stone, 57, a Carson City man, at around 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Stone was arrested for battery with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor allegation of domestic battery. Bail is set at $33,000 plus administrative fees.
- Evelin MacDonald, 74, a Carson City woman, at about 6 p.m. Thursday. MacDonald was arrested for a gross misdemeanor allegation of possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and a misdemeanor allegation of trespassing. Bail is set at $2,650 plus administrative fees.
Officers also made the following arrests for misdemeanor allegations:
- A 23-year-old Carson City man for second-offense domestic battery.
- A 44-year-old Carson City woman for a probation violation.
- A 27-year-old Dayton man for a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
- A 34-year-old transient man for violation of bail conditions.
- A 23-year-old Reno man for a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
- A 62-year-old transient man for trespassing.
- A 30-year-old transient man for two warrants in his name - contempt of court and petit larceny.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
