Ismael Segura-Hernandez, 40, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for making terrorist threats after allegedly disrupting a GED class at Western Nevada College and saying he was "going to come shoot up the place like the guy in Arizona."

According to the arrest report, the class instructor said the subject attended an orientation class for the GED program on Jan. 24, and was disruptive and kept "blurting out" during the session. She reported that the subject became very agitated after taking a test where he only answered two of the 12 questions correctly. He then reportedly said he would get a gun and shoot everyone. He also reportedly mentioned anger management classes and referred to "the way they do it in Arizona."

When interviewed later by deputies, Segura-Hernandez reportedly told them that he told the class "you guys are going to make me like the guy in Arizona who comes back and shoots everyone."

Segura-Hernandez was arrested for felony making terrorist threats, and misdemeanor disturbance of a school. His bail was set at $25,000.
