A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested in Boise, Idaho and faces a felony charge relating to an assault where a witness was prevented from reporting a crime and a motor vehicle was taken, according to the Carson City Sheriff's Office.
Adam Craig Meservey was extradited on Oct. 24 to face one felony charge after a May 2012 warrant issued out of Carson City Justice Court. He also faces a gross misdemeanor warrant charge of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor warrant charge of assault, issued in February 2012 out of Carson City Justice Court.
Bail: $8,000.

— A 32-year-old man was booked into the Carson City Jail Sunday and faces a felony warrant charge issued out of the Attorney General's Office.
Charles Mark Lemler, a Sparks resident was serving two days for a DUI sentence at the Carson City Jail faced the additional charge after officers learned of a felony warrant issued out of Reno Township Court and confirmed through the Nevada Department of Public Safety, the arrest report states. Bail: $30,000.

— A 23-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 500 block of North Carson Street, 9:39 p.m. on Oct. 28. She was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $500.
— A 44-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 3:16 p.m., Oct. 28 in the 500 block of Stewart Street. He was arrested on a contempt of court warrant, failure to pay fines. Bail: $809.
— A transient was booked into the Carson City Jail at 12:10 p.m. Oct. 27. He faces an charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence, failure to report to probation. Bail: $3,000.
— A 32-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Oct. 28, 1:30 p.m. on a warrant charge of failure to pay fines or restitution. Bail: $544.
— A 20-year-old woman was booked into Carson City Jail on Oct. 28, 11:42 a.m. on a warrant charge of contempt of court. Bail: $350.
— A 41-year-old Carson City woman was booked into jail on Oct. 26, 10 a.m. on a charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $1,000.
— A 64-year-old Gardnerville man was booked into Carson City Jail at 9 a.m. Oct. 25 on a failure to appear citation. Bail: $324.
— A 56-year-old Gardnerville woman was booked into the Carson City Jail at 9 a.m. Oct. 25 on a failure to appear warrant. Bail: $3,000.
— A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested Oct. 25, 5:27 p.m. at the intersection of Fairview and Edmonds. He faces misdemeanor charges including driving on a suspended license, display of plates, a child seat violation and no proof of insurance. Bail: $1,558.
— A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested Oct. 25, 9:15 p.m. He faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. Bail: $215.
— A 37-year-old transient was arrested Oct. 25, 5:13 p.m. in the 3200 block of Market Streeet. Asa Aaron Cronk faces felony marijuana charges after Carson City deputies found more than an ounce in a vehicle after a report of a man smoking marijuana in a car in the parking lot of Walmart.
According to the arrest report, officers responded to the 3200 block of Market Street and made contact with the man with no permanent address but with a Wisconsin driver's license. While officers spoke with the man they could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Deputies did an exterior search of the vehicle with K9 Rex with a positive alert coming from the vehicle, the arrest report states. Cronk advised officers there was marijuana in a red and black backpack in the rear seat of the vehicle and that officers could retrieve the bag, the arrest report states.
Inside the backpack officers located a gallon-sized Ziplock bag full of marijuana. A subsequent search found several smaller baggies in the man's left pocket, the report states. During the vehicle inventory officers located a marijuana grinder on the front passenger side of the floorboard and a box of Ziplock baggies.
Cronk faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $8,637.
— A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested Oct. 25, 8:10 p.m. in the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive. He faces misdemeanor charges of second degree battery and failure to appear. $6,056.
— A 31-year-old Carson City man faces a misdemeanor warrant charge of failure to appear in traffic court. He was arrested Oct. 24, 2:30 p.m. in the 500 block of William Street. Bail: $402.
— A 31-year old Carson City man was arrested Oct. 24, 6:44 p.m. at the intersection of Carson and Sherman streets. He faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. Bail: $230.
— A 40-year-old Carson City man was booked into Carson City Jail on Oct. 24, 8 p.m. on a gross misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. Bail: $2,500.
— A 27-year-old Carson City woman was booked into jail on Oct. 23, 2:30 p.m. on a failure to appear traffic citation charge. Bail: $190.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
