Crime Log: Carson City man arrested for shooting into apartment buildings

Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals for felony or gross misdemeanor allegations over the weekend:

  • Salvador Maldonado, 30, a Carson City man, at approximately 11 p.m. Sunday. Maldonado was arrested for discharging a firearm into a structure, as well as the misdemeanor allegations of first-offense DUI, resisting arrest, obstructing and delaying an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and discharging a firearm within city limits. Bail is set at $23,150 plus administrative assessments.
  • Anthony Kendall, 26, a Carson City man, at around 8 p.m. Sunday. Kendall was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, false imprisonment, and a Parole and Probation warrant in his name. He was also arrested for three misdemeanor allegations of first-offense domestic battery, possession of a hypodermic device, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $26,700 plus administrative fees, but there is a no-bail clause to the P&P warrant.
  • Shawntrell Hubbard, 19, a Fallon resident, at around 8 a.m. Sunday morning. Hubbard was arrested for gross misdemeanor allegations of statutory sexual seduction of a 15-year-old. Bail is set at $2,500.

Officers also arrested the following individuals on misdemeanor allegations:

  • A 26-year-old Carson City woman for failure to appear.
  • A 49-year-old Carson City woman for driving without headlights, driving on suspended or revoked registration, and first-offense DUI.
  • A 46-year-old Carson City man for a failure to appear warrant in his name.
  • A 49-year-old Carson City man for two contempt of court warrants in his name.
  • A 26-year-old Carson City man for first-offense domestic battery.
  • A 54-year-old Carson City man for misuse of 911.
  • A 53-year-old Scott City, Kan. man for driving on a suspended license and DUI first offense.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
