A Minnesota man who violated his probation after a 2005 conviction was extradited to Carson City by the state's Department of Public Safety division of Parole and Probation.
Scott Steven Ralidak, 55, is in the Carson City Jail with a no-bail order. He was brought to the jail by extradition transport at about 2 a.m. Wednesday.
The arrest stems from a Aug. 23, 2005 Class B felony gaming fraud conviction, where Ralidak was sentenced to 12 to 30 months prison, which was suspended, received probation not to exceed five years and was ordered to pay $3,060 in restitution to the Carson Horseshoe Club.
According to probation officials, Ralidak absconded and didn't maintain contact with parole and probation, a felony violation of his terms. Ralidak had an active parole and probation warrant, listed as Priority 5 (arrest on site). He was arrested in a Minnesota jail on Sept. 30.
