Two repeat drunk driving offenders were arrested this weekend in separate incidents in Carson City.

Jesse Clay Tschetter, 32, of Carson City, was arrested for Saturday night in the 1600 block of East Fifth Street for his fourth DUI offense. According to the arrest report, he was driving a vehicle with a flat and shredded right rear tire and had stopped to look at the tire when a deputy approached him. The deputy described the suspect as "obviously highly intoxicated," and he refused to answer questions or submit to field sobriety tests. Tschetter was on alternative sentencing for a previous DUI offense. He was arrested for felony DUI and misdemeanor probation violation. His bail was set at $13,000.

James Walter Sinsabaugh, 63, was arrested Friday night in the 3200 block of South Carson Street for his third DUI offense. A deputy found the suspect sitting in his vehicle with its engine running and lights on, parked on the grass in front of Jiffy Lube. The deputy described Sinsabaugh as being too intoxicated to participate with field sobriety tests. He was arrested for felony DUI, plus driving without a valid license, failure to maintain travel lane, no proof of insurance, and no seat belt, all misdemeanors. His bail was set at $11,103.

Also arrested early Sunday morning was Bryan J. Walcott, 31, for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of less than one once of marijuana and misdemeanor probation violation. His bail was set at $7,364.
