A 28-year-old Carson City woman faces two drug-related felony charges after fighting with security officers when they confronted her about being on private property.
Heather Lee Williams was jailed April 27, 9 p.m. in the area of 400 Saliman Road. When Carson City sheriff patrol officers arrived they found Williams fighting with the security officers, screaming and yelling and clutching a cigarette package. Inside the cigarette package was methamphetamine.
Williams is on probation and faces a felony charge of being in violation of terms because of the drug possession, also a felony. She was placed on a no-bail hold for probation violation and $2,500 bail for possessing the methamphetamine.

— A 24-year-old woman faces felony court and drug-related charges and a 30-year-old man faces numerous misdemeanor charges after being arrested April 27, 10:36 p.m. in the area of East Second Street and South Harbin.
According to the arrest report the couple was stopped after officers observed the vehicle they were driving had expired tags. The driver, didn't have a valid license and the woman, identified as Lisa Rae Elmore, had a felony warrant out of Carson City Drug Court.
The male driving admitted he had had a few drinks. A computer check showed he was Alternative Sentencing with and had a "no alcohol" clause. During a check of the vehicle officers found several hypodermic devicies, some used, several Q tips and bent spoons with a white residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.
The man was arrested for being in possession of hypodermic needles, drug paraphernalia, and driving on a expired registration, having no proof of insurance and no driver's license. Bail for the man was set at $3,270. Elmore's was being held without bail. She faces two felony charges including failure to appear and probation violation.
— An 18-year-old Dayton man and 23-year-old Carson City man were arrested and jailed April 26, 8:32 p.m. in the area of Humboldt Lane and Camille Drive. The 18-year-old, Paul Antonio Angel, faces a felony drug charge after officers found a small amount of methamphetamine in the band of his hat.
Officers stopped the vehicle the men were in after observing it didn't have a front license plate and the driver didn't use a turn signal.
When officers made the traffic stop, in which a total of five people were in the vehicle, (four males that are known gang members and 1 female driver) the men were verbally aggressive with the officer, the arrest report states.
Angel faces a felony charge of being in possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $3,500. The 23-year-old was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle. He faces a misdemeanor charge of being in possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $1,132.
In misdemeanor-related arrests:
— A 50-year-old Ridgecrest man was arrested April 27, in the 500 block of North Carson Street at 7:19 p.m. Donald Michael Tyler was wanted by Clark County authorities on an April 2010 warrant for allegedly passing bad checks. A passenger in the vehicle was cited for possessing hypodermic needles. Bail: $5,000.
— A 22-year-old Yreka, Calif., man was arrested April 27, 12:45 a.m. at Proctor and Carson streets and faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Authorities responded after the man was kicked out of a local bar and causing a commotion.
Officers met with the man behind the bar, who was described as acting in an aggressive manner, arguing with officers, raising his voice, using profanities and causing a scene. A preliminary breath test indicated a .180. Bail: $594.
— A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested April 27, 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Plaza and Telegraph streets. He faces a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. According to the arrest report, officers patrolling the bar areas saw the man and a woman have a verbal argument. The argument escalated and the man physically pulled the woman, later identified as his girlfriend, into an alley and pushed her up against the wall attempting to take the car keys away from her, the report states. Bail: $3,137.
— A 60-year-old Milbrae, Calif., woman was arrested in the area of Ash Canyon and North Ormsby April 26, 10:36 p.m. and faces misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and failure to maintain a traffic lane. According to the arrest report, the woman crashed her vehicle in which she was the only occupant. The woman admitted to consuming several beers to authorities and blew a .259 preliminary breath test. Bail: $1,219.
— A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested April 27, 12:38 a.m. in the 300 block of North Carson Street and faces a charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence. According to the arrest report, the man, who had a restraining order, spoke with his former girlfriend at a bar. Bail $3,000.
— A 25-year-old Carson City man faces a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny after being arrested April 27, 7:14 a.m. in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East. According to the arrest report, the man took two hot dogs, some candy and a 40-ounce bottle of beer from a convenience store without paying. Bail: $347.
— A 31-year-old Carson City woman was arrested April 28, 6:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Woodcrest. Officers responding to a child custody dispute learned the woman had a warrant for her arrest after failing to appear in court for a traffic violation. Bail: $212.
— A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested April 28, 7:07 p.m. in the 1700 block of Brown Street. He was jailed on a warrant for being in violation of Alternative Sentencing, failure to report and pay probation fees. Bail: $3,000.
— A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested April 28, 8:46 a.m. in the 1700 block of Russell Way. He faces misdemeanor charges of being in violation of a suspended sentence and being in violation of probation. The man had a "no drinking" clause as part of his probation. Officers responded to the residence after a call was made about a domestic dispute. The man had a preliminary breath test of .100.
Bail: $4,000.
— A 43-year-old Carson City man faces misdemeanor charges of obstructing and provoking assault. The man was arrested in the 1400 block of Stewart Street near Lee on April 27 at 2:50 p.m. Officers had a report the man was seen with a gun. The arresting officer found the man, asked him to drop the four bags of groceries he was carrying and to lay on his stomach. The man was not obeying orders and would not show the officer his hands, according to the arrest report. The man did eventually. It was learned the man had been trying to provoke a fight with another man, insinuating he had a gun and was going to use it. Bail: $1,356.
— A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested April 27, 11:27 p.m. and faces misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and resisting a police officer. According to the arrest report officers responded to the 3100 block of Hickory Drive in reference to domestic battery. When officers arrived they found three outside the home fighting. The 31-year-old man was ordered to the ground but refused, instead holding onto a pick-up. Officers removed the man's hold and arrested him. Bail: $3,489.
— A 21-year-old Markleeville man was arrested April 28, 1:19 a.m. in the 900 block of Carson Street. The man was hitting slot machines inside a casino. He faces a misdemeanor charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence. He had a preliminary breath test of .250. Bail: $3,000.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
