A 26-year-old Carson City man with a felony and three misdemeanor warrants was arrested Sept. 16 in the 3200 block of Imperial Way.
Nicholas B. Parker had warrants for his arrest for possession of a controlled substance, a felony and misdemeanor failure to appear in traffic court out of Reno Township, contempt of court and being arrested while on probation, both out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $7,122.
In other arrests:
Officers made a consensual stop on the man at Brown and Gordon streets. He was checked by dispatch for warrants and it was advised that he had a criminal contempt warrant out of Carson City Justice Court, failure to provide proof of community service completion issued Aug. 21, 2013. Bail: $737.
— A Carson City man was arrested Sept. 16, 5:10 p.m. in the 4100 block of Carson Street and faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. According to the arrest report, officers were called to the area in reference to a possible intoxicated man.
Upon arrival officers met with the man, who was polite but appeared homeless and intoxicated, the arrest report states. He provided information and dispatch advised he had a confirmed warrant for failure to appear in Carson City Justice Court. The warrant was issued April 30, 2013. Bail: $3,000.
— A 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested Sept. 17, 12:15 a.m. in the 100 block of East Corbett Street and faces a charge of being in violation of a temporary order. Bail: $1,132.
Those facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
