




The Carson City Sheriff's Department has arrested the following individual for felony allegations:
- Garrett John Hatch, 21, a Carson City man, for two allegations of hit and run. Hatch was also arrested for misdemeanor allegations of DUI first offense, hit and run unoccupied, driving on the sidewalk, failure to report an accident, and two counts of violation of probation. Bail is set at $88,025 plus administrative fees.
- Matthew Rosevelt Marten, 19, a transient man, for possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription. Marten was also arrested for three misdemeanor allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor criminal contempt warrant in his name. Bail is set at $6,000 plus administrative fees.
- Jeremie David Kirkman, 26, a Carson City mechanic, for fugitive from justice (embezzlement). Bail is set at $500.
- Guillermo Hernandez, 21, a Carson City man, for a burglary with a weapon warrant in his name. At the same time, Stephanie Ann Ross, 33, a Carson City woman, was arrested for battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor allegations of disorderly conduct and obstruction. Hernandez' bail is set at $20,000. Ross' bail is set at $30,450 plus administrative fees.
- Trevor C. Bryant, 26, a transient man, for gross misdemeanor allegations of burglary/shoplifting. Bail is set at $2,500.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
