Crime log: Man attacks chef at Carson City charity dining room

Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested Tammy Laurene Davis, 40, an unemployed Carson City woman, around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday near the 2600 block of College Parkway. Davis was arrested for two failure to appear warrants in her name - a felony out of Carson City and a misdemeanor out of Douglas County. No bail has been set.

Officers arrested Travis Schwichtenberg, 26, of Carson City, at the 1200 block of Woodside Drive around noon Wednesday. Schwichtenberg was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle, and a misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence warrant. Bail is set at $7,500 plus administrative fees.

Around 4 p.m. Wednesday, officers were dispatched to the Cason City Friends in Service Helping (FISH) location, where they arrested a 34-year-old transient man for a misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The man was arrested for allegedly attacking the cook at the FISH dining room. He was stated to be intoxicated as he entered the dining room and was asked to leave. He then began allegedly began yelling profanities, eventually hitting the cook with a door. Bail is set for $150 plus administrative fees.
