A 44-year-old South Lake Tahoe man faces a felony stalking charge and gross misdemeanor charges of libel and two counts of intimidating a public officer.
Todd Christian Robben was transported Nov. 9, 11 a.m. from El Dorado County Jail to Carson City Jail on a Carson Township warrant. Robben had signed a waiver of extradition in Superior Court in the state of California, according to the arrest report.
The stalking charge was allegedly done by electronic means, according to the arrest report. Bail: $50,000.

A 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Nov. 9, 11:38 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Long Street. Macina Marie Helms faces a felony charge of maintaining a drug house, gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor charges of possession of meth and marijuana paraphernalia.
According to the arrest report, officers arrived at the residence to serve an arrest warrant on a man staying there. Upon arrival they met with Helms. She was asked if the man was there and she said he wasn't. Officers asked if they could come in and check inside. The woman said yes. Inside, officers observed the woman's son sleeping on the couch in the living room. In plain view officers saw a marijuana bong on a table across from the minor and a large marijuana bong on a nearby bookcase. They also saw a methamphetamine pipe on the woman's headboard in the master bedroom, along with marijuana flake and hypodermic devices throughout the apartment, the arrest report states.
The woman told officers: "Don't judge me for what I allow my son to do. Your kids probably do stuff behind your back too," according to the arrest report. Officers asked the woman if she knew about the marijuana grow in the bedroom. She said yes. Her son admitted that the plant belong to him and also admitted to two marijuana bongs, the arrest report states. Officers asked the woman if she knew her son was using drugs in the home. The woman said yes. Both were taken into custody. Bail: $24,764.
— A Dayton man was booked into jail Nov. 9, 3:05 a.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street. Justin Daniel Reid, 31, faces a felony warrant DUI charge out of East Fork Township for contempt of court with a bail of $25,000 bond. He was arrested following a fight involving several subjects.
— A 54-year-old Carson City man, Fred Garcia, was arrested Nov. 9, 5:06 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street and faces two felony drug charges. According to the arrest report, officers with the Carson City Special Enforcement Team went to a local motel after receiving reports of several subjects with outstanding warrants at the location. Officers checked a room and identified Garcia who had a confirmed warrant for his arrest issued by Carson City Justice Court with a bail amount of $3,000.
The man answered the door and was agitated, fidgety, yelling and sweating, according to the arrest report. He began to complain about his court case, making statements about the judge, witness and the arresting officer not allowing him to tell his side. He stated that everyone lied about him and that he knew he had the warrant, the arrest report states.
Garcia never made any threats toward the officials however continued to express his distrust in them, the report states. He also admitted to methamphetamine use. Garcia was taken into custody and was asked if anyone else was in the motel room. He said there wasn't and gave permission for officers to check.
In plain view was a small clear plastic baggie with meth on the table. The bag later weighed out to be 1.25 grams. SET also located at least one ounce of marijuana on another table, also in plain view.
He faces felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, and misdemeanor probationer warrant. Bail $8,000.
— A 24-year-old Carson City man faces felony drug charges following an arrest Sunday after allegedly shooting up in a vehicle with his infant son in the car.
Daniel David Jacobsen was arrested after allegedly attempting to flee from authorities when he was taken to the hospital following a drug overdose.
According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Long Street where Jacobsen was found on the ground next to the front passenger side of a vehicle. He was unconscious, not breathing and was receiving CPR from his girlfriend at the time deputies arrived. He was taken by ambulance to Carson Tahoe Hospital.
Officers asked the girlfriend what happened and she stated that her boyfriend had overdosed on heroin in the car and that he had been taking Xanax and had been drinking. She also stated that the couple's infant was in the vehicle when Jacobsen injected heroin, the arrest report states.
The girlfriend gave officers consent to search the vehicle. Inside officers found a spoon filled with liquid and a brown substance of suspected heroin. Officers also found a small plastic bag with a white powdery substance and a plunger and cap for a hypodermic needed in between the passenger side from seat door, the arrest report states.
As officers were driving to the hospital they learned that Jacobsen had run away from hospital staff. He was found walking southbound from the hospital. He was instructed to stop running, which he did was taken into custody. In the search officers found three white pills and 2.5 yellow pills, identified as Methadone and Alprazolam.
He was returned to the hospital to be medically cleared. Afterward he was read his Miranda rights in which he admitted to heroin use, and gave consent to take a sample of his blood, which was booked into evidence. Bail: $11,137.
