A 39-year-old Carson City woman, already in custody at the Carson City Jail on other charges, faces a felony charge of battery with sexual assault.
Brandi Mary Diann Chapin, is being held on $100,000 bail. Carson City authorities learned of the warrant Monday through Carson City Justice Court.
Earlier this year, Chapin was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. She had two prior DUI convictions and was arrested March 31 in the 3000 block of North Roop Street.
No other information on the alleged sexual assault and battery was available.
