Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian Martin, 29, a Carson City man, at about 11 p.m. Thursday evening near the 2000 block of Lone Mountain Drive. Martin was arrested for a felony possession of methamphetamines and the following misdemeanors: possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a turn signal violation. The car that Martin was driving was impounded with Capital Tow. Bail was set at $4,125.
Officers arrested Kevin Patrick Mullen, 24, an unemployed Carson City man, at about 11 p.m. Thursday evening near the 3000 block of North Roop Street. Mullen was arrested for a no-bail felony Parole and Probation hold in his name. The officer originally responded to a call about a fight, of which Mullen was allegedly the victim. His probation terms specified that he is to avoid any and all fights, leading to his arrest. No bail has been set.
An officer arrested Bobbie Joy Machado-Haley, 43, a Carson City resident, just before 2 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of East William Street. Machado-Haley was arrested for a gross misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon. Machado-Haley is alleged to have been arguing with his girlfriend while waving a gun. Bail has been set at $2,500.
