

Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals based on felony allegations:
- Rex Warren, 31, a Stagecoach man, at about 2:30 p.m. Monday. Warren was arrested for parole obsconder as well as four misdemeanor failure to appear warrants in his name and obstructing or resisting an officer. Because of the nature of the felony allegation, no bail has been set and extradition is in process.
- Morris Lee Brandon III, 34, a Sacramento, Calif. resident, at 5 a.m. Monday. Brandon was arrested for fugitive from justice as he is alleged to be a parolee at large out of California. No bail has been set and extradition is in process.
Officers also arrested the following individuals for misdemeanor allegations:
- A 30-year-old Carson City man for fictitious registration, driving under a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and two probation violations.
- A 37-year-old Reno man for an alternative sentencing violation.
- A 33-year-old Carson City woman for first-offense DUI.
- A 37-year-old Carson City man for violation of the conditions of a suspended sentence.
- A 27-year-old Dayton man for open container, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, second-offense DUI, 21 mph or over the speedlimit, and failure to stop or signal for a peace officer.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Other incidents of interest:
- At approximately 8:30 p.m. Monday a woman called to report that she saw a rape through her neighbor's window. The case was closed without incident.
- At around 6:30 p.m. Monday a woman reported that she believed she had been drugged and potentially sexually assaulted. No further information is available.
- At 2:30 p.m. Monday Child Protective Services was called for a report of sexual abuse. No further information is available.
