Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals on felony allegations:
- Ivan Botello, 26, a machinist from Carson City, at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Botello was arrested on a statutory sexual seduction warrant in his name after he turned himself in at the Carson City Sheriff's Office. Bail is set at $15,000.
- Kevin Nunez, 38, an unemployed Carson City resident, while Nunez was at the Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare Center at 3 a.m. Thursday morning. Nunez was arrested because of a parole and probation hold in his name. No bail is set.
Officers also made the following arrests based on misdemeanor allegations:
- A 25-year-old Carson City man for a contempt of court warrant in his name.
- A 33-year-old transient woman for a probation violation warrant in her name, driving with no proof of insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
- A 28-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
- A 25-year-old Gardnerville man for violation of a suspended sentence.
- A 27-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
- A 25-year-old Carson City man for a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
- A 40-year-old Carson City prison guard for domestic battery.
- A 40-year-old transient man for domestic battery, violation of a restraining order, preventing a victim from reporting a crime, and a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
- A 24-year-old Carson City man for a probation violation.
- A 41-year-old Carson City man for possession of marijuana and a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
- A 55-year-old Carson City man for hit and run and DUI first offense.
- A 29-year-old Carson City man for a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
