Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals for felony allegations:
- Ashley Ore-Larson, 18, a Carson City woman, for conspiracy to violation the controlled substances act and possession of heroin. Ore-Larson was also arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has been set at $18,500 plus administrative fees. At the same incident, officers arrested two more people for felony allegations:
- Brenda Ashland, 18, a Carson City woman, for possession of heroin and conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act. Ashland was also arrested for misdmeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving. Bail has been set at $17,500 plus administrative fees.
- Robert Andrew Blackmore, 20, a Carson City man, for conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act. Blackmore was also arrested for gross misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has been set at $1,500 plus administrative fees.
- Lillian Takako Allen, 53, a Carson City woman, for possession of methamphetamines. Allen was also arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail has been set at $3,000 plus administrative fees.
- Danny Ray Harrington, 22, a Carson City man, for a felony parole violation. No bail has been set.
The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of gross misdemeanor allegations:
- Kevin Robert Duncan, 39, a Carson City man, for battery of a peace officer and child endangerment, as well as the misdemeanor allegations of first-offense DUI, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and hit and run. Bail has been set at $11,800 plus administrative fees.
- Adam Joseph Bennett, 40, a Carson City man, for injury to a motor vehicle. Bail has been set at $2,500.
- Kyle Adam Scarbrough, 21, a transient man, for possession of a dangerous weapon, as well as a misdemeanor allegation of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and two allegations of violation of bail conditions. Bail is set at $9,100 plus administrative fees.
Deputies also arrested the following individuals for misdemeanor allegations:
- A 32-year-old transient man for a probation violation warrant in his name.
- A 45-year-old transient man for violation of a suspended sentence.
- A 41-year-old Gardnerville man for a domestic battery warrant in his name.
- A 19-year-old Carson City man for violation of probation.
- A 19-year-old Carson City man for petit larceny and a probation violation.
- A 51-year-old Reno man for contempt of court.
- A 27-year-ol Reno man for driving under a suspended drivers' license, lack of insurance, endangerment of a child, and drivin under the influence of drugs.
- A 26-year-old Carson City man for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
- A 47-year-old Zephyr Cove woman for a failure to pay fines warrant in her name.
- A 20-year-old Carson City man for minor consumption of alcohol.
- A 44-year-old Carson City man for disorderly conduct.
- A 35-year-old Carson City man for possession of stolen property.
- A 24-year-old Carson City man for destruction of property.
- A 32-year-old Carson City man for a contempt of court warrant in his name.
- A 31-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery and violation of bail conditions.
- A 23-year-old Carson City man for expired license plates and DUI first offense.
- A 28-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery first offense.
- A 23-year-old Carson CIty man for two warrants in his name.
- A 36-year-old Carson City man for contempt of court.
- A 23-year-old Carson City woman for a basic speed violation, failure to maintain a lane, and DUI.
- A 32-year-old Stateline man for two failure to appear (Traffic) warrants in his name.
- A 54-year-old Carson City man for defrauding an innkeeper.
- A 36-year-old Reno man for two warrants in his name.
- A 26-year-old Carson City man for a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
- A 28-year-old Dayton woman for driving on a suspended drivers' license and cell phone use while driving.
Other items of interest:
- Just prior to 4 a.m. Friday, officers arrested a 38-year-old Carson City man for discharging a firearm and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. The disabled man was arrested after discharging 4 - 5 shots from an AR-15 rifle and into his back yard. Bail is set at $1,000 plus administrative fees.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
