The arrest report states that he then picked up a spoon that was next to him and wiped it off on his clothing. The man refused to exit the vehicle the first three times he was asked and had to be physically restrained in order for cuffs to be placed on him.

Officers located the back pack and inside there were prescription bottles with his name on it, a bottle without his name on it as well a less than an ounce of marijuana, a small scale, and numerous hypodermic needles, the arrest report states.

He faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic devices and resisting a police officer. Bail: $9,022.
