Carson City Sheriff's deputies made several felony arrests this past weekend:
Michael David Oliver, 25, of Ely, was arrested Sunday evening in the 5900 block of Highway 50 East for being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, a felony. His bail was set at $20,000.

Amber Ruth Shields, 21, currently in detention at Carson City Jail, was arrested Sunday for felony battery on another prisoner. Her bail was set at $20,000.

Phelon Brown, 35, of Carson City, was arrested Saturday evening near the intersection of North Carson Street and Winnie Lane for felony home invasion and domestic battery. According to the arrest report, the victim reported that Brown, who she previously had a relationship, had forcefully entered her residence and battered her. Brown's bail was set at $25,000.

Jesse J. Leon, no age give, of Carson City, was arrested Friday night in the 400 block of North Carson Street for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the arrest report, officers were called to a casino to check out subjects allegedly conducting narcotics transactions at the slot machines. One of the subjects, Leon, consented to a search and was allegedly found carrying a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine, and a small container containing suspected meth residue. His bail was set at $3,500.

Mary Louise Reasoner, 37, of Dayton, was transported to Carson City Jail from Lyon County on a felony warrant for burglary. Her bail was set at $20,000.

Misdemeanor Arrests:
A 44-year-old Carson City man was arrested for allegedly threatening a female store employee Saturday evening. According to the arrest report, the victim claimed the man, while talking to her in a parking lot from inside a white van, said, "I know why you want to get a tattoo, it's because you want the cops to I.D. you when I rape and dismember you." He then allegedly asked the victim to take a look at the new barber chairs he had in the back of the van. His bail was set at $500.

A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested for misdemeanor battery Saturday night after he allegedly punched a casino security guard in the face in the 900 block of South Carson Street. His bail was set at $1,000.

A 45-year-old South Lake Tahoe woman was arrested Saturday afternoon at Fairview and Saliman for misdemeanor failure to maintain lane, driving on a suspended license, and two failure to appear warrants for traffic offenses. Her bail was set at $2,679 plus court fees.

Deputies made two arrests for driving under the influence on Friday:
- A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Curry and Proctor for misdemeanor DUI first offense, driving on a suspended license and going the wrong way on a one-way street. His bail was set at $1,540 plus fees.
- A 57-year-old Carson City man was arrested at U.S. 50 and Lompa Lane for first offense DUI and have expired registration on his motorcycle. His bail was set at $1,025 plus fees.

A 49-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 19 in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East for misdemeanor trespassing and obstruction after ignoring repeated requests to leave a business. His bail was set at $800 plus fees.

A 20-year-old man from Victorville, Calif. was arrested July 18 on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. His bail was set at $500.

A 31-year-old Lemon Grove, Calif. man was transported from Lyon County Jail July 18 for a misdemeanor probation violation warrant. His bail was set at $3,000.

A Special Enforcement Team that was watching traffic on Highway 50 East on July 18 in response to recent fatal accidents made several arrests for multiple infractions as a result:
- A 55-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Highway 50 East and Arrowhead for speeding, driving on a suspended license, and four failure to appear warrants for traffic offenses. Bail was set at $2,155 plus fees.
- A 43-year-old man from Sparks was arrested for speeding, no valid drivers license, no insurance and no drivers license in possession. His bail was set at $755 plus fees.
- A 26-year-old man from Dayton was arrested for a failure to appear warrant for past traffic offenses. His bail was set at $1,123.
