Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested Roy Nelson Robinson, 47, an unemployed Carson City man, at about 1 p.m. Thursday at the 900 block of South Carson Street. Robinson was arrested for a misdemeanor domestic battery and a felony sex offender failure to change address. Bail is set at $8,000 plus administrative fees.
Officers arrested Michelle Rene Scott, 43, an unemployed Carson City woman, around 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Highway 50 East. Scott was arrested for a gross misdemeanor possession of drugs without a prescription (hydrocodone and methadone), and the following misdemeanor offenses: driving under the influence of drugs, driving under a suspended license, failure to maintain a lane, and failure to use a turn signal. A blood test to determine intoxication was administered. Bail is set at $4,100 plus administrative costs.
