Crime Log: 90-year-old Carson City woman missing

A missing persons report was filed with the Carson City Sheriff's Office at around 9 a.m. Monday for a 90-year-old woman on blood pressure medication. According to the incident report, the missing person - Kitty Webb - has not been found. She was alleged to have last been seen in a white Ford F-150 with Nevada license plates.

Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals on felony or gross misdemeanor allegations:

  • Trevor James Neilson, 22, a grocery stocker from Gardnerville, at 6 p.m. Monday evening. Neilson was arrested for failure to appear after admission of bail, as well as misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court. No bail has been set.
  • Joseph Thomas Wheatley, 40, a transient carpenter, at 2 p.m. Thursday. Wheatley was arrested for preventing the report of a crime as well as misdemeanor allegations of domestic battery, violation of a restraining order, and a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name. Bail has been set at $10,000 plus administrative fees.
  • Kimberly Kay Hale, 42, a transient woman, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Hale was arrested for possession of methamphetamines and misdemeanor allegations of petit larceny. Bail has been set at $2,750 plus administrative fees.

Officers also made the following arrests on misdemeanor allegations:

  • A 43-year-old transient woman for petit larceny and violation of a suspended sentence.
  • A 30-year-old Reno man for first-offense DUI.
  • A 32-year-old Carson City man for riding a bicycle on a sidewalk and failure to obey a traffic control device.
  • A 55-year-old Dayton man for a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

OTHER INCIDENTS OF INTEREST:
At around 11 p.m. Monday evening an Amber alert was issued by the Carson City Sheriff's Office for a missing 12-year-old girl on a diabetic pump. The girl was found less than three hours after the initial incident report.
