Carson City woman arrested for trespassing after being discharged from hospital

A South Lake Tahoe man was placed on a felony warrant hold after being booked into Carson City Jail on Sunday.
Anthony Timothy Abruzzo, 39, a contractor was booked into Carson City Jail on Oct. 6 with a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson City for being in violation of a suspended sentence, failure to report for monthly probation meetings.

The felony warrant was issued out of Storey County. Abruzzo will be extradited on the warrant. Bail for the Carson City warrant arrest: $3,000. No bail hold for the Storey County warrant.

In other arrests: A Carson City woman was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway. She faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. She had been discharged from the hospital earlier in the morning and was told that she could wait in the lobby for a bus but wasn't allowed to disturb other patients. According to the arrest report, the woman asked staff and patients for money. Bail: $242.

— A 35-year-old Pahrump man was booked into Carson City Jail on Monday, Oct. 7 for a charge of misdemeanor warrant violation of conditions, failure to complete proof of community service, failure to obtain substance abuse evaluation. Bail: $1,000.

— A 20-year-old Sparks woman was booked Monday into Carson City Jail on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant charge, failure to complete community service. Bail: $949.

— A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested Oct. 4, 9:53 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Curry Street. He faces a gross misdemeanor warrant charge of causing more than $5,000 in damages to a vehicle. Bail: $2,000.

Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
